The state Run Telecom operator MTNL has just introduced a new STV voucher of rupees 421 which is offering 3GB of daily high speed internet data along with unlimited voice call including local and std facility. about SMS facility this plan includes a free SMS facility of 100 SMS everyday. the validity of the plan voucher is 84 days. as now we can determine 84 days as 3 month because of all Telecom operator counting 28 days as a month. the data can be used in home area and also in national roaming weather the calling service is not available for outside home circle. this plan is available only in Delhi and Mumbai circle.
