The state Run Telecom operator MTNL has just introduced a new STV voucher of rupees 231 which is offering 2.5 GB of daily high speed 3g internet data along with unlimited voice call including local and std facility. about SMS facility this plan includes a free SMS facility of 100 SMS everyday. the validity of the plan voucher is 42 days. the data can be used in home area and also in national roaming weather the calling service is not available for outside home circle. this plan is available only in Delhi and Mumbai circle. comparing to other Telecom operator plans like Reliance jio, BSNL, Airtel,, Vodafone, Idea, etc. this plan is better for you huge facility of high speed data and most important part of this voucher is it’s validity.
