In an AMOLED display, each pixel is actively controlled by a thin-film transistor (TFT) and can emit light independently, resulting in deep blacks, high contrast, and vibrant colors. AMOLED technology provides benefits such as a fast refresh rate and low power consumption compared to traditional LCD displays.
