There’s a good news for Bengali TV viewers. The television viewers of Bengali language are going to get another Bengali general Entertainment TV channel very soon. This channel name will be Tarang Bangla and it will be from Odisha television Limited. We don’t have a proper information about the launch date of Tarang Bangla channel. But hopefully the channel might launch in the year 2022. The logo registration for the channel has already been asked to MIB for the approval and it’s in pending state right now. 

Since we have seen the aggressiveness of making an entry into the Bengali e television industry by so many broadcasters from last couple of years. So many broadcasters have seen the opportunity in in Bengali TV market. Odisha television Limited is not the only one from Odisha who have seen the opportunity in Bengali TV market. Earlier also so we have send the plan from Sidharth TV Network to launch the channel Siddharth Bangla.

Among those channels Tarang TV which is a Odia language general Entertainment channel is the most viewed Odia channel of India. Not only Tarang TV, if we are looking on the list of top 5 ODI channels then we also found other channels like Alankar, Prarthana who are from Odisha television Limited are appearing there. And also for your information the one and only Odia language music channel Tarang music he is also from Odisha television Limited. The Odia language news and important channel OTV is the the most viewed Odia news channel and that also from Odisha television Limited.  As of now Odisha television Limited is operating total five Odia channels in in general entertainment, music, movies, news and devotional category. Also it’s planning for the fast  Oriya language HD channel launching  very soon as Tarang HD.

So Tarang Bangla will be the seventh channel from Odisha television Limited and the first ever Bengali channel from Odisha television Limited.
